All this EP prep and traveling for shows has made me a bit of a hot mess. Still, I couldn’t forget my First Thursdays series in which I highlight artists that I think are dope every first Thursday of the month. This month’s choice was easy-peezy. As many of you know, last week I traveled to Urbana-Champaign to participate and perform in Black Girl Genius Week 2016. While the entire experience was amazing, my mind was blown by hip hop duo Unofficial: Mother Nature, that had recently come together comprised of two bad-ass women MCs. Separately the two MCs Klevah and T.R.U.T.H are nuts but together I think they make an unstoppable team and I just need you to check them out, like NOW.
