Since Thursday is my favorite day of the week I’m going to be embarking on a new initiative entitled First Thursdays (sort of like First Fridays but not) in which I will highlight the incredible work of some of my peers. After hosting a beat battle earlier this month and participating, I was struck by the amount of talented people in my immediate network.
