Much to my surprise, today I was featured in a writeup on the website Black Girl Nerds entitled “Why I Love Black Nerdcore Rappers.” Some of you might recall that I was on BGN many moons ago for my Games and Cartoons video, but more recently I included BGN webmaster Jamie Broadnax on an article I published on For Harriet entitled  “6 Black Geek Women to Know.” Even though it can feel like nobody actually takes the time to read articles anymore, somebody was evidently paying attention– specifically, Latonya Pennington, and after reading the piece she checked me out and then she was awesome enough to publish a writeup on BGN featuring kind words about myself, Mega Ran, and SkyBlew.
