This past two weeks has been all about Ivy League love. Following Saturday’s performance at Cornell’s MCFAB Listening Party, and my Thursday show at Columbia’s Quest for IDentity, I’ll be performing an acoustic set on Friday October 12th at [Autumn in the City], an event sponsored by the Black Women’s Support Network to celebrate great black women and artistic expression. The event, which will be held in the Statler Hotel Ballroom and starts at 8:00pm, is FREE and OPEN to the public, although attire is semi-formal so don’t just show up looking any old type of way.
