Anyone who knows anything about me, knows that I started producing because I was in love with video games and video game music. My secret dream as a child was to not only one day create that same 8-bit sound but also eventually work for a video game company as a composer.

Roughly 9 years after I first started producing music via a digital audio workstation, this past month I listened to each of the roughly 90 pieces I produced between 10th and 12th grade [2002-2004], which I believe to be some of my best work, composition-wise. Using the skills and instruments I now have I am beginning a new journey called the [Renewal Project], through which I will remake 20 of my favorite pieces of my old video-game production and share it every Friday for the next 20 weeks.
