Following a performance at Deans I was approached by rapper, producer and showcase setter-upper That Purple Bastard about performing at a bi-monthly showcase held at Mango’s. This was one of my favorite shows and my first time meeting Houstonian rappers, Renzo (who performed and killed it) and Kyle Hubbard, who has since been super supportive of Fly Nerd.
